All were chosen because they spend time on TikTok and use it to source recommendations about skin care and makeup — with which they're enthralled, a fact they made clear. Throughout the conversations, one name kept coming up: Katie Fang, a 17-year-old TikToker with 3.9 million followers at the time. She now has 4 million.
