The receipt can also be sent to the email address on file for the account when requested by emailing help@glossy.co.

When experiencing a credit card decline, please make sure to double check your personal details, 16 digit card number, expiration date, CVV code. If you still encounter an issue, please email help@glossy.co to help resolve the issue.
